This versatile, charmingly classic event venue is non-exclusive offering space
for both large and small events.

Amenities included:

  • Over 10,000 ft.² of event space.

  • 400 seated person capacity indoors and 575 seated capacity including outdoor pavilion. 

  • Over three hundred (300) free parking places. 

  • Non-exclusive vendor facility. Approved outside vendors and caterers welcome. A preferred vendor list is available upon request. Guest may provide their own beverages including alcohol*. 

  • On-site furniture packages available. Lounge package includes your choice of thirty-three (33) pieces from the venue’s collection. Furniture offerings include sofas, chairs, 24 armless outdoor lounge chairs, coffee tables, dining tables, vanities and more. 

  • Additional pieces, including outdoor furniture for the pavilion, exclusive to The Bedford are available for rent. See full list on our packages page.  

  • On-site venue representation will be present through the entirety of your event.

  • Audio multi zone with flexible inputs; 48 speakers inside venue and in the covered pavilion 

  • Secondary sound system to complement your DJ or band.

  • Seated and plated capacity 402 / Mix & Mingle 575

  • Separate areas for bridal suites, groom’s quarters, and band members. There are plush furnishings, mirrors and plenty of outlets.

  • On-site chandelier lighting inside the venue. Over 1,000 ft.² of Caffé lighting and fans in outside pavilion.

  • Outside pavilion has over 2,500 ft.² of secured wrap perfect for any outdoor ceremony area.  

  • Customizable room layouts and floor plan design available. 

  • Catering prep area with commercial refrigerator and deep-freeze.

  • Sufficient loading dock access for the duration of allotted rental period.

  • 10 exterior doors for easy move out and move in

  • Contingent on bookings, access to entire space the day prior and post event  (additional fees apply)  

  • Central location in Nashville can easily be accessed from Franklin/Brentwood, Opryland and the Downtown/Gulch area in 20 minutes or less.

  • Designated smoking areas.

  •  Six hour rentals available Monday through Thursday.
